eg.1 opens new North American office to support demand and continued growth
eg.1, business insight and talent consultancy, today announced that it is opening its first corporate office in North America, located in New York City. eg.1’s work in the US will be led by Victoria Gumbley, VP of North America, who has relocated to New York.
The new office will bolster eg.1’s presence in North America as it continues to invest, expand and help organisations across the globe to change the game, with the launch of The GC Index.
Nathan Ott, CEO of eg.1 and The GC Index says, “We have opened this new office to support our continued growth in the US. Around 20 per cent of our global business is in the US.
“The opening of the New York office is an important extension of our network to better support our existing client base as so many of our clients have operations in North America. Our expanded team and new office will enable us to accelerate the use of The GC Index, provide improved business intelligence and executive search, local on-the-ground support, and the ability to cater better for local needs.”
Victoria Gumbley, VP of North America at eg.1, has produced some fantastic results for clients and, more recently, has trained as a GCologist working with senior leaders, using The GC Index, to create game-changing teams.
She joined eg.1 as a Research Associate. She progressed quickly to Engagement Manager and is now VP, North America, and a GCologist. She focuses on a broad range of sectors and enjoys working across different corporate and cultural settings to help shape the future of both individuals and organisations.
